I love that Kimra gently pushed me with breathing exercises that allowed me to go beyond what I believed I could. She really helped me find balance at a time in my life where I had very little of it and I will be forever grateful.
Kimra has been teaching my Pilates for 9 years and yoga for 3 years. She teaches breathing methods that you can use in your every day life. You’ll learn to use your body with your breath in the most positive way.

I’ve worked with numerous Pilates teachers over the last 15 years and Kris is by far the best. As someone with chronic back problems due to scoliosis, I have to take a lot of care when it comes to exercise. Not only does Kris have a deep understanding of the body and how it works, but she is excellent at modifying exercises so they don’t exacerbate my problems. After three years of working with Kris, my back has never felt better and I have a far better understanding of how to keep my back feeling great in between sessions. Kris's knowledge of the body, passion for teaching, and care for her students make her classes not just fun and educational, but absolutely necessary for me to maintain my physical health.
Learn Pilates+ with Kimra and Kris is absolutely fantastic! There are so many different options, whether it's the learning series or taking classes. I just love the way they have special segments to really explain different parts of the body.Kris's demonstrations about how we hold ourselves to create good posture, both correctly or incorrectly made something that once seemed a bit confusing very clear and easy to comprehend. Kimra's series about MUDRA really brought out the simplicity and energy of the practice in a very easy way to understand. But my favorites are all the on-demand pilates, yoga and meditation classes that are available. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow and the general atmosphere of the space and the low background music makes me want to stay there forever!!!!! I highly recommend this website for anyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners and even those just curious about what these practices are all about. I can't wait until they put more classes up!
Kris - I tried my reformer tonight - need to figure out the tensions but it was soooo good listening to you (did the 30 minute one). It was like you were here- ribit!!
